Know the name, qualifications, and licensing status of your treating psychologist.
Informed Consent and Participation
Receive clear explanations about your assessment, formulation, therapeutic approach, goals, and expected duration of therapy.
Be informed about the potential benefits, risks, limitations, and alternatives to therapy.
Ask questions at any time and receive answers in language you can reasonably understand.
