Respectful Conduct
Treat psychologists, administrative staff, and other clients with respect.
Maintain appropriate boundaries and professional communication.
Appointments and Cancellations
Attend sessions on time.
Provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, according to clinic policy.
Financial Responsibility
Fulfill agreed payment obligations in a timely manner.
Clarify insurance coverage independently if applicable.
