Hi, I’m Ailien.

My greatest passion is to support individuals who have been through or are currently going through difficult, stressful, and even traumatic life experiences. I strive to provide a strictly confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel supported and at ease.

I am not a stranger to life’s struggles. Through my own experiences, as well as witnessing the challenges faced by people closest to me, I have developed a deep sense of empathy and understanding. This allows me to connect with clients who may be navigating difficult life circumstances, including burnout, attachment-related concerns, depression, anxiety, and challenges in family and interpersonal relationships. I also support individuals dealing with financial stress, different forms of abuse, lack of support systems, grief, betrayal, and many other personal difficulties.

I have experience working with clients of different ages, backgrounds, and psychological concerns. I strongly believe in a flexible and individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that no single method works for everyone. In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing world, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected. Unfortunately, mental health is often the most overlooked. I gently encourage you to listen to your mind and body and to give yourself the care you deserve. Seeking help is not a sign of weakness, it is a step toward healing.
