Hi, I’m Ailien.
I’m a warm clinical psychologist with a strong passion for supporting individuals through life’s emotional and psychological challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the United Arab Emirates University and have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.
In my sessions, I aim to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and free of judgment. Therapy, for me, is not about giving quick solutions, but about understanding your experiences more deeply. Together, we explore patterns, make sense of difficulties, and work toward meaningful and lasting change using evidence-based approaches.
I believe that each person’s story is unique, and therapy should reflect that. My approach is flexible and tailored, meeting you where you are while gently supporting growth at your own pace.
Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable at times, and that’s completely okay. You are welcome to bring your thoughts, concerns, and questions into the space - building trust is an important part of the process, and we move through it together.
